What is Mindful Photography?

Mindful photography, which comes under the umbrella of therapeutic photography or slow photography, is all about taking a step back and really seeing what’s in front of you. Unlike traditional photography, which follows specific rules like depth of field and the rule of thirds to capture the perfect shot, mindful photography is about being present, patient, and letting the image come to you.
