About me
Welcome, I am Annette, founder of Creatively Reflect. I created this space for women who are carrying too much for too long women who want to regain clarity and calm, without the pressure to “do more.”
I understand what it feels like to navigate burnout first hand. I have walked my own journey through grief, professional overwhelm, and the complexities of family life.
In high-stress seasons, our minds and bodies can feel stuck in overdrive. Burnout isn’t just about being tired, it is a signal that your nervous system needs care.
I have supported women navigating high-pressure environments, business demands, and emotional overload. With a background in operations, structured systems, coaching, CBT-informed practice, and mindful creativity. Training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, life coaching, journal therapy, and mindful photography with Look Again as well as supported people in creating meaningful, sustainable businesses I bring both lived experience and evidence-based tools.
Creatively Reflect meets women exactly where they are, honoring emotional depth while providing practical strategies to navigate stress, overwhelm, and burnout. This is a space to pause, reflect, and rebuild from the inside out.
