I’m Annette, founder of Creatively Reflect.
As a qualified social worker with experience in emotionally demanding environments, I understand the impact that prolonged stress, grief, responsibility and emotional labour can have on individuals and teams.
The Creative Reflection Method™ was developed through both professional practice and lived experience, alongside specialist training in mindful photography and reflective practice.
