Workplace Wellbeing Through Reflective Practice

CreativelyReflect offers structured reflective programmes and workshops for organisations supporting people through transition, experiencing hardship, or burnout — space to pause, reconnect with themselves, and find their way back to everyday joy.

Grounded in real experience across social work, CBT therapy, life coaching, and community work.

CreativelyReflect designs and delivers reflective practice workshops and programmes that help employees, volunters, community groups come back to themselves through reflection, creativity, and gentle structure. Not another box to tick.

Developed by former social worker and CBT therapist and founder Annette, this approach combines mindful photography, guided reflection, and coaching to create meaningful and lasting change.

Whether offered as a workshop or a longer programme, The Creative Reflection method gives people space to pause, think about their experiences, recognise their stress responses, and find practical ways to improve rest and recovery returning to work with better clarity, resilience, and purpose.

Why This Approach Is Different

The Creative Reflection Method™ is more than a wellbeing workshop.

It is a distinctive methodology that integrates:

  • Reflective practice
  • Nervous system awareness

By combining creativity with reflective practice, the method creates meaningful learning that people remember and continue to apply long after a session ends.

Meet Annette

As a former social worker and CBT therapist with experience in emotionally demanding environments, I understand the impact that prolonged stress, grief, responsibility, and emotional labour can have on individuals and teams.

The Creative Reflection Method™ was developed through both professional practice and lived experience, alongside specialist training in mindful photography and reflective practice.

Today I help organisations create healthier, more reflective workplace cultures, where people can care for others without losing themselves.

Why Traditional Wellbeing Often Isn’t Enough

Many organisations invest in wellbeing initiatives, yet staff continue to experience:

  • Emotional overload
  • Compassion fatigue
  • Chronic stress
  • Burnout
  • Reduced resilience
  • Disconnection from purpose
  • Reactive rather than reflective working

Knowledge alone does not change behaviour.

People need space to notice what is happening internally before they can respond differently.

The Creative Reflection Method™ provides that space.
