Burnout is not just about being busy it is the deep exhaustion that comes from constantly holding everything together. In our work together, you don’t have to be the strong one. You get to slow down, breathe, and be supported.

Through calm, guided conversations and creative reflective practices, we focus on helping you move from survival mode back to steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.

£65 per 60-minute session

For deeper burnout recovery work:

  • 3 sessions: £180 (save £15)
  • 6 sessions: £350 (save £40)
