Each Gentle Pause runs for 4–6 weeks and includes:
- Weekly written reflection guides (PDF)
- Weekly audio reflections
- Mindful photography invitations
- Private community space
- Weekly live reflection spaces
- Clear start and end date
- Built-in rest once the pause is complete
This is not a subscription.
