Online Mindful Reflection and Connection



Join our monthly online sessions designed to inspire creativity and encourage deep reflection. Through mindful photography, journaling, and a connection to nature, these sessions provide a unique space to explore both your inner world and your relationship with the natural world.

Each session will guide you through mindful photography exercises and journaling prompts that allow for meaningful reflection and connection. Participants will engage in home practice activities that invite a deeper relationship with nature, and you will have the opportunity to share your reflections and photographs.

– No prior experience needed: This monthly programme is for everyone. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to connect with yourself and nature.
