Hi, I’m Annette, Life Coach and Creative facilitator, I believe in the quiet magic of reflection and the power of seeing life through a more mindful lens. You don’t need to be a photographer or a writer just someone open to exploring with curiosity and care.
With over 10 years of experience supporting people in health and wellbeing, I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), certified in Journal Therapy and Life Coaching, and a proud Look Again-trained Mindful Photography Practitioner. My passion lies in creating gentle, empowering spaces where you can reconnect with yourself one breath, one image, one word at a time.
